What if you’re one
step away from a better life?

becoming a better
husband, leader + friend

you have the information

now it’s time to practice what you preach

We know we’re safe
but our bodies are stressin’.

Hi, I’m Rina

30+ global retreats • 100’s lives impacted • 10 years in the space

As a founder, I know how exhausting life can get. Even success, beautiful places + people can become no longer enjoyable. When stress runs the show, our wonderful lives become exhausting.

For the past decade, I’ve been a trusted advisor to global, impact-driven leaders. I used to host global retreats in gorgeous destinations, but I’m cutting down on those. I realized ongoing integration is as important as new experiences.

I guide founders through short online sessions that are not therapy, but get through the icky into the authentic, present self within one hour.

Some shifts leaders experience

More success with less effort
Confidence grows, fear fades, and energy stops leaking in a hundred directions.

Scattered energy to focused power
Brain fog lifts, sleep improves, and clear thinking returns.

Stronger relationships
You listen more deeply, stay present, and show up as the steady leader others rely on.

Health and energy return
Stress settles, the body relaxes, and you can feel the success you’ve created.

When I was in LA, four women came up to me in tears saying:

"Thank you for what you did for my partner.
I never thought I’d see this side of him."

That’s the ripple effect of this work.

When leaders embody success, everyone can feel it.
